So proud of my husband Chris. Yesterday he and 3 of his friends took part in the Winter Wolf Run at Stanford Hall. Not only did they all finish the run in the time they wanted, did all swimming/wading parts despite it being incredibly cold, Chris and Matt became Alpha Wolves for completing the 4 runs in the year!.

Maybe something to aim for in 2017…
